Vuyk Engineering is looking for a finance/HR administrator who can oversee the daily operations of our office in Malaysia, focusing on financial administration. You will be responsible for day-to-day finance activities, and you will monitor the payroll processing and make sure everything is filed correctly. You will also be overseeing some HR functions such as maintaining personnel files, keeping up with local regulations and processing staff claims for insurance purposes. You will have the freedom to identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity.
Additionally, secretarial assistance is needed occasionally for office administration tasks and facility management such as small maintenance and taking care of office supplies.
Vuyk Malaysia is a subsidiary of Vuyk Engineering Rotterdam and has recently opened his office in Johor, Malaysia. Our office is growing quickly, and we intend to grow further in 2025. Therefore, we’re looking for staff support, who can support the local engineering team on a daily basis
Vuyk is renowned for tailor-made vessel designs and conversions, equipment design, and operational engineering. Our experienced specialists work on direct orders from the beginning of a new project. In this early stage, our engineers advise customers on design matters and ensure that any required elements are provided. The total scope could range from feasibility studies to full basic designs or operational engineering packages including detailed engineering.
